| Shelby's Hand-crafted Jewelry started in 1991 and is named after the first grandchild of owners Shirley and Roger Elliott. Shelby's was opened and remains in Laguna Beach, California, where they began with a table and an umbrella on a grassy bluff over looking the Pacific Ocean, making and selling their unique hand-crafted foot jewelry. Today they and their son, Shawn Roop, and daughter, Loree Roop , have a beautiful store at 577 South Coast Hwy., in Laguna Beach. When in Laguna, Please stop by our shop for a larger assortment of Shoewels, Rings, Waistchains and Anklets.
