Don't offer them your business! On July 27th I needed a battery for my watch and stopped by Gideon's. I dropped off my Fossil watch to pick up 20-minutes later. 25-minutes later I went to pick up my watch when the owner (rotund looking fellow) explained to me that my watch took 3-batteries, $30 worth, and that he had trouble locking the back-casing into place, could I please pick up the watch tomorrow; he will call me. I, of course, said sure. I filled out a slip with phone number and went on my way.
July 28th passed, July 29th passed, July 30th, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th all passed without a phone call. On the 6th I was near the location and decided to drop by to inquire about my watch. I was told a story about how the watch went to an outside source to lock the back-casing and they haven't received it back yet; immediately a phone call went out to locate my watch.
During this time I explained to the "rotund fellow" that a courtesy call should have been made to inform me of this

Stay away from this company… I purchased a Cartier Tank watch from them; they said they will get it from an authorized dealer and if I have any issue I can take it to any other authorized dealer. Well, it is 1 months after and the watch is already not keeping time! Hello… NO dealer is willing to take care of my issue. Even they can not fix the problem and every time I send the watch to them, they claim “it is working fine”. I tried to dispute with my credit card… but that is impossible too! I have ended up with a $4000.00 Cartier Tank watch which is not working properly and they are not willing to replace it! Please for your own benefit deal ONLY with REAL authorized dealer and no concierge B.S.
