I will briefly describe my experience with this company. After acquiring the property on which I lived, they started construction to renovate the apartment buildings. This entailed: (1) Over a period of approximately TWO MONTHS, had my water shut off at random times for several hours WITHOUT ANY WARNING. (2) Having workers come into my house and leave a huge mess, leaving mud and chunks of drywall all over my floor, with no bother to clean it up or even apologize. (3) Having workers leave a hole in my wall for over a month, despite my complaints to management. Furthermore, the management had the audacity to insult to my lifestyle and low income, and also spoke badly of the other residents.
