For many generations the British have taken particular pride in the presentation of their 'table', which lead to the evolution of highly skilled silversmiths in London, and cutlers in Sheffield, England, whose craftsmanship came to be most highly regarded the world over. Whilst, sadly, craftsmanship is fast becoming a rarity, Jonathan Glazebrook in London has assembled a collection of Sterling Silver and Silver Plate cutlery, all made by traditional methods and hand finished. Each individual piece of Sterling is tested and hallmarked by a British Assay Office, and the Silver Plate is coated to 35 microns; each knife blade carries the Glazebrook etch mark.
